Spell your Name Workout

For each letter of your name, use the guide below to create a fun workout. If your name is short, do your first and last. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and then rest for 25. Once you've spelled your name out fully, take a one minute break and then repeat 2 more times. When you have finished, you should have done 3 circuits of 30 seconds on and 25 seconds off with a one minute break between each circuit. Remember to have fun and push yourself even harder when you begin to feel tired because that's when you begin to see results and feel so good inside!

K - 30 second PLANK

L - 30 seconds of JUMP SQUATS M - 30 seconds of BURPEES

N - 30 seconds of PUSH UPS (feel free to modify)

O - 30 second WALL SIT

P - 30 seconds of SQUATS

Q - 30 seconds of CRUNCHES

R - 30 seconds of JUMPING JACKS

S - 30 second WALL SIT

T - 30 seconds of BURPEES

U - 30 seconds of PLANK JACKS

V - 30 seconds of PUSH UPS (feel free to modify)

W - 30 second PLANK

X - 30 second WALL SIT

Y - 30 seconds of PLANK JACKS
